POLICY
ZOTA NAILS & SALON
All artificial nails, dipping power, and gel manicure services are guaranteed for only five days from date of services. Please provide an image and contact us to schedule an appointment with the same technician. If you decide to change the polish color, additional fees may incur.
We do not guarantee any service with regular polish.
GRATUITIES
Tipping is always left to your discretion. We do not allow adding gratuities/tips through your credit card, gift card, or checks.
PERSONAL VALUABLES
Please arrange for your valuable belongings prior to your visit with us. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items.
APPOINTMENTS
To ensure you get an appointment with the technician you want, we strongly recommend you schedule your next appointment before leaving the salon. We advise that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to soak off your old nails (gel or acrylic) and handle any paperwork if you are a first time client. This will also allow you time to check-in and unwind with a cup of tea or coffee.
GROUP APPOINTMENTS
All appointments made for parties of five or more people require a 20% deposit and a 24-hour cancelation notice. This deposit is non-refundable if you do not call to cancel your appointments at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
CANCELLATION FEE
You should call us to cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time. You will be held responsible for paying 50% of your services if you do not call to cancel your appointment in 24 hours. Failure to pay this fee will affect your ability to book any future appointments. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be fully charged for the services, and we will require that you provide a deposit to hold any future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
Unfortunately, late-arriving customers will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for the full-service fee.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Our gift certificates are available in any amount and for any occasion. We will not replace lost or stolen gift cards.
